Brass Wind and Fire! Performance Schedule 2018-19

This year’s BWF calendar is set!  Please note that due to some changes to the game schedule, our mandatory rehearsal date has changed.  This will now take place on Nov 6th from 6-8.  Please put in requests to take off of work or coordinate your absence with your coaches for this date.  This is our one and only rehearsal opportunity so it is very important that all members of BWF are present.

If you are hoping to participate in BWF this year (auditions will be held during the last week of October), remember that one excused absence is allowed as long as it is communicated in advance.  Take this opportunity to share the following schedule with your employer, coach, or club advisor now so that conflicts do not arise this season.

This year, in addition to our annual Admirals game performance on March 9th, Brass Wind and Fire! has the opportunity to perform at the Fiserv Forum (the new Bucks arena) during an East Girls Varsity game.  Since this performance opportunity occurs during the school day, it will only be open to students with good academic standing in the classes that they may be missing on that day.  You will receive a pre-plan as well as a form that must be signed by your teachers to confirm that you have a passing grade in their class at the time of the trip.
