As the sun falls below the horizon, the WBHS marching band assembles into their ranks for the final parade of 2021. There’s a nip in the air, but none of them care. They sing past show music a-cappella while they wait for the whistle from the drum major. Their heavily decorated instruments, some colorful and some almost creepy, create a beautiful glow as they march down Main Street. The crowd cheers and dances to the sound of Jingle Bell Jam. West Bend doesn’t need snow; they only need their marching band to make it a winter wonderland.
